2013 App Inventor Summit @ MIT

The MIT Center for Mobile Learning will host a two-day summit for the App Inventor community. This conference will allow time for small working groups to develop plans for collaboration around App Inventor.

General information

The Summit will take place at MIT in Buildings 34 and 32, on Vassar Street in the Kendall Square area of Cambridge.

Registration - as noted in the agenda, registration on the 17th will take place outside 34-401 (Building 34, Room 401) beginning at 8:30am; registration on the 18th will take place in the Stata Center R&D Common (Building 32, 4th floor) beginning at 8:30am. The registration tables will be staffed throughout the day to answer questions.

Getting to campus - for directions, check out the MIT visitor information page, and use the address 32 Vassar Street, Cambridge, MA, to navigate to the Stata Center. If you absolutely require on-campus parking, please email Emily ([email protected]) no later than Friday, July 12th for details on payment and parking lots.

Getting around campus - maps will be provided at registration, but you might want to be familiar with the area before you arrive on campus. Check out the MIT Campus Map to search for accessible entrances, visitor parking, building numbers, etc.
